As a minimum, we provide operator training. This training is typically held in the client’s facilities and teaches the client’s staff how to operate the system.
Manuals and documentation for the specific system are provided.
Additionally, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations are used to present this training, and a copy of the training CD is left with the client for future reference and use.
IN-DEPTH TRAINING (MANAGERS AND ENGINEERS):
Depending upon the client’s wishes and technical capabilities, we will train management/engineering staff on the system components.
This will include, but is not limited to:
- Trouble-shooting system components
- Development and configuration of HMI display screens and database
- Development of application logic used in the RTU/PLC, etc.
As previously mentioned, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations are used to present training, and a copy of the training CD is left with with the client for future reference and use.
